OMNIE-Tile system can be laid over a flat and even, uninsulated solid sub/existing floor.
(Insulated sub floors or existing floors will simply improve heat loss performance)

Our OMNIE-Tile system is specifically designed for when a tiled floor finish is needed – using a pre-channelled cement faced XPS panel. As the panels are only 20mm in depth and include an insulation layer, the system can be used over an existing uninsulated subfloor (if required). This makes the system ideal for use in retrofit applications.

OMNIE-Tile is manufactured from high quality extruded polystyrene (XPS) insulation which has a high compressive strength, suitable for floating floor and retrofit (low build up) applications. The XPS is faced with a cement layer on both sides, allowing the panels to be adhered to the floor using flexible tile adhesive, and/or mechanically fixed using specialist fixings provided.

OMNIE-Tile panels can also be adhered to a concrete subfloor using a suitable, flexible tiling adhesive.
