OMNIE FAST & FLOORIOUS – TERMS & CONDITIONS
Gameplay
Customers who place qualifying orders on any given qualifying period will be entered into a prize draw to win an advertised prize. The prize is advertised at 8am on the first day of the qualifying period via our social media channels and on our website. The prize shall be issued to the business or individual whose name appears on the order within the terms defined below.
Definitions
A qualifying order shall be;
- an order which comprises all of the following; Emitter, Manifold and Pipe
- an order which comprises of an Heat Pump
- has an overall value excluding VAT of £2000
- is placed within the qualifying period by 5pm on the last day in the period
- is placed with the quoted entry code, advertised with the prize on our social media channels or on our website
- contain any such products or services required as advertised at 8am by OMNIE on first day of the qualifying period from time to time.
A qualifying period shall be:
- any period nominated by OMNIE Limited to be a day or week (5 working days) where the winner of the prize shall be drawn at 5pm on the end of a period. For example where a period is one day the winner of the prize shall be drawn at 5pm on that day, where the period is one week the winner of the prize shall be drawn at 5pm on the last day in the period
- The prize shall be the item or experience advertised at 8am on the first day of the qualifying period
A. Prize Draw
- All orders received by OMNIE Limited during the qualifying period where the customer has placed a qualifying order shall be entered into the prize draw. The draw is subject to these terms and conditions.
- The winner of the draw shall be selected at random from the qualifying orders placed.
- The prize or discount shall be redeemed by the recipient and is not transferrable.
- Only one prize shall be issued per customer per period.
- The winner of the prize shall be contacted by OMNIE Limited in order to arrange for the prize to be delivered or otherwise redeemed to them within 30 days of the qualifying order being fulfilled by OMNIE and the recipient having provided a photograph of the OMNIE system having been installed into a property.
C. Cancellation
- Should a qualifying order be cancelled at any time then the prize shall be cancelled.
D. Transfer
- The prize is not transferrable
- Entry to the draw is not transferrable
E. Third Party Terms & Conditions of Prizes
- Where a prize is manufactured or is a form of credit with a third party, the terms and conditions, warranties or guarantees attached to the prize by the third party shall not be changed or in any way altered by these terms and shall apply directly to the recipient of the prize at the point at which the prize is issued to them by way of gift by OMNIE Limited.
