Heat Pump Warranty
Heat Pump & Associated System Warranty | ||||||||||||||
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
All heat pumps and the associated system components supplied and commissioned by OMNIE, regardless of the installation party are covered by a 5 years parts only warranty. This warranty may, from time to time, be extended or enhanced by the representative manufacturer and is always subject to the manufacturers own warranty terms and conditions. These conditions (if any) are separate from this warranty and may require separate registration by the user or installer (on behalf of the user). OMNIE will, under this warranty, provide a replacement for any faulty part free of charge within 5 years of the date of commissioning of the system. We will provide these parts no later than 60 days from the date of the claim, unless the manufacturer of the product (when not OMNIE) is unable to fulfil the supply, has stopped manufacturing the part or advises otherwise that the part is not available. OMNIE will only act to the manufacturers advice in resolving a claim under this warranty. |
