In order to make a claim against our manufacturers warranty, you must have directly purchased the system from OMNIE Limited or Genuit UFH Limited. If you are a homeowner with an OMNIE system in your property, then you must contact the company or individual who installed the system. If you are unsure who installed your system or when it was installed please call us on 01392 36 36 05 and we can put you in touch with a authorised service provider. |

OMNIE has a strict policy of quality of control in all aspects of its business from design to manufacture of its products. We adhere to the British Standards where they apply to the designs, products or systems that OMNIE manufactures and produces. OMNIE systems have been tested for performance with BSRIA and TRADA where appropriate. OMNIE maintains professional indemnity insurance should there be any failure in the performance of a OMNIE design or specification. OMNIE also has in place public and product liability insurance. Full insurance details are available on request. Our warranty cover does not replace or invalidate any cover that may be provided by a third party in relation goods that are not manufactured by us, but sold with our systems. Specifically these items are:

To make a claim, please click below to complete a warranty claim form. Validation of the claim may require us to arrange for an engineer to examine the part on site, for which a non-refundable charge may be made or for the parts to be returned to us before replacements are issued. When the claim has been validated, the parts will be dispatched to the address on the form. |
