Here we have a system comprising of a Zehnder 350 Comfoair MVHR system, Screed based Omnie UFH system with Control Hub, allowing control of the UFH, Hot Water and Ventilation from one control device. The system also incorporated a gas condensing system boiler and unvented hot water cylinder with a secondary hot water return giving instantaneous hot water to all outlets. A summer heating circuit for the towel rails was also installed running off the boiler.

A Contura 850 Wood stove was also installed giving an alternative heat source when desired.

Go Green Engineering completed all aspects of the heating, plumbing, ventilation and wood stove, while Building Devon Ltd constructed the new build Passivhaus.

All works completed & designed by Go Green Engineering, initial specification and design provided by Gale & Snowden Architects
